Return Policy

Indy Oakley does not offer refunds or cancellations. 

Similar to nearly all other online boutiques, Indy Oakley offers online store credit only for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and the original invoice included. Items that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and denied the ability to return.  

Swimsuits, accessories, and sale items are final sale. These items are exempt from being returned.

Items that appear to be worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, etc... will be rejected the ability to return. Please double-check your items before returning.

Item(s) need to be shipped back to us within 7 days after the day they have been delivered. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

 

What is Redo? (Checkout+):

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
